Who receives my personal results?

Your personal report comes to you through the secure provider portal. Use your own email and confirm the recipient in checkout. Access and disclosure are explained in the provider’s privacy policy.

Can I check numerical levels?

Ask before buying. Numerical reporting has not been confirmed for these four tests. A screen uses a cutoff; some confirmation methods can report measured concentrations. Read Labcorp’s testing-method guide.

Ask about numerical results

Do I need an appointment or a specific lab?

Your emailed barcode authorizes a prepaid test; it does not book an appointment. Use the network printed on it. Quest and Labcorp barcodes are not interchangeable. Check the site’s hours and collection type, especially hair or observed collection. Read the barcode instructions.

Is everything online?

Ordering, payment, result access, and routine help are online. You visit a lab for collection. An identity check or report review may require contact.

Will this work for an employer or court?

Follow the requesting party’s requirements. Use business testing or legal testing; a personal order may not meet their test or reporting requirements.
